Duties: My job is incredibly varied, so no two days are ever the same. My role is to maintain communication with all our existing clients and engage Otoni with prospective organisations who manage and monitor critical infrastructure when reactive maintenance won’t do. Through many mediums, I drive engagement with new business contacts.
As our product is bespoke to each different organisation and is live 24/7, it is important to check in with our customers regularly, that all is well in the world of assets. All the team are part of this process from me checking in, to our digital product manager and our programmers….the directors are also in the loop with each client, so requirements are always met.
Work philosophy: I love connecting with new people and keeping in touch with existing clients. I am passionate about what I do and I take pride in giving customers what they want. I love telling prospective clients the amazing success Otoni has had: from making one chemical manufacturer 100% compliant for the first time in over a decade and another run at 110% scheduled production capacity, compared to previously never exceeding 75%.
What do I love about my job? I work with a great group of people and I enjoy touching base with all my customers, old and new. I never get tired of customers’ responses especially when they immediately see marked improvement in productivity. We’ve got a great team here and I love the challenge of something different. I’ve worked here for two years and am learning new things all the time!
Interests out of work: I also have a Pilates studio, so run classes on days when I am not in the office (and after a day in the office, too). I have a lot of friends so will plan trips to the cinema, a nice meal out or a good walk, although I am a fair weather walker! I love a holiday…..Skiathos is booked for September with one of my friends. I enjoy spending time with my family, we have just moved house so I am busy making changes in each room.
